General Information


ENTRY FEE - $36


JUDGING

Judging is handled by specialists in each division. A Points System is used taking into consideration the following: Originality, Design, Detail, Workmanship, Overall Condition and Safety. All decisions of the judging staff are final.


PASSES

2 passes per entry per day. Additional passes are available to entrants at a reduced rate. Sale of passes will stop when the move in hours are over.


STANCHIONS, ROPES & ELECTRICITY

Show producers provide STANCHIONS and ROPES FREE! This is a $50.00 savings to you! For electricity you must contact Registration.


ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND SMOKING PROHIBITED BY CITY ORDINANCE

Entry Qualifications


All entries must be good show quality. No stock vehicles will be accepted other than special interest, classic or antique restorations. Vehicles not meeting these requirements will not be admitted.


ALL MATERIALS USED IN DISPLAY MUST BE FIREPROOF

Proof of retardant recommended. No tape or glue can be stuck to the floor.

Cars and trucks must have 1/4 tank of gas or less per vehicle. Each motorcycle must have 1 gal. of gas or less. Batteries must be disconnected, and gas caps taped. All vehicles will be inspected by the Fire Department.


TROPHY INFORMATION

The classification committee reserves the right to combine classes or limit the number of trophies given for each class. There must be three cars for two trophies, four cars for three trophies.


ENTRY PROCEDURE

Complete an Entry Form. Submit two 3-quarter view photos. Entries without photos will not be accepted. You will be notified of your acceptance. All entries accepted for competition (Credits excepted).


NO "FOR SALE" SIGNS ALLOWED.
